Since its release, the Black Trident Inner Belt has become a standard in the shooting scene. A reversible belt design, metal-free, and no annoying buckles—that's exactly what makes the Black Trident Inner Belt so special.

The Black Trident Inner Belt already boasts a high level of rigidity. With the RUGGED Inner Belt, we've taken it to the next level. The core of the Black Trident Inner Belt "RUGGED" is made from CURV® material.

Cold Hard Facts about CURV®

CURV® is a self-reinforced plastic material with unique impact resistance, rigidity, and lightweight properties. CURV® is a self-reinforcing thermoplastic composed of woven polymer fibers and is used in Samsonite suitcases, Bauer ice skates, Dakine surfboards, and, of course, tactical gear. At the same weight, CURV® is more than twice as stiff as polycarbonates, polypropylenes, HDPE, and more. At the same time, CURV® offers approximately 30% greater impact resistance.

Black Trident Inner Belt Rugged

The Black Trident Inner Belt is a specially designed reversible belt. Why is that cool? The belt can be worn not only at the shooting range or on duty, but also on the way there or casually. The inside of the belt is lined with Velcro. If you turn the belt over, the Velcro is worn on the inside, and the discreet side faces out. The Rugged Inner Belt is also ideal as an EDC belt in combination with IWB holsters like the Viking or Guardian.

How do I choose the right size?

Generally speaking, put on your shooting pants and measure the circumference around the belt loops (without the belt). If you're between two sizes, go for the larger size if in doubt. Watch our video on how to do it.

Ideally, you should use the Black Trident Range Belt in the same size as the Black Trident ® Inner Belt. The following table shows the different sizes and the corresponding matching Scopes.
