How can I raise my optics on an AR15 rifle?

Unity Tactical's FAST™ line offers several options for elevating your sights. A riser is ideal if you want to raise your optics higher and create more space for accessories (such as cable switches or lasers) without obstructing your view.

For which optics is a Unity Tactical riser available?

– For your Aimpoint or optics with an Aimpoint footprint, the FAST™ MICRO from Unity Tactical (available HERE) is suitable.

– For your EOTech EXPS®, Vortex UH-1® and other optics with lower 1/3 co-witness, the FAST™ OPTIC RISER from Unity Tactical (available HERE) fits.

Is a Red Dot possible as a backup on the FAST™ LPVO? Yes!

Continuing the tradition of the FAST™ line, the LPVO mount series is more than a conventional riflescope mount. It accepts an optional offset optics base (sold separately) that can be mounted front or rear.

Why should I raise my optics on my AR15?

You can upgrade your optics on your long gun to:

1. Keep your head upright and reduce movement when aiming/firing – this is easier on your back and leads to faster, more efficient target acquisition.

2. On short AR15 platforms, creating ergonomic space for accessories/controls (cable switches, laser modules, etc.). Riser solutions from Unity Tactical provide you with more options through additional mounts, in addition to a more ergonomic position.

Can I mount the Optic Riser on the rifle myself?

Yes. The simple clamp mount makes screwing it onto your rifle uncomplicated and user-friendly. Installation instructions are included.
