FERRO CONCEPTS 3AC FirstSpear Tubes® Buckle Kit

The Ferro Concepts 3AC FirstSpear Tubes Buckle Kit replaces the front closure of the 3AC Cummerbund with a linear push-fit system. No pulling, no aligning – connecting and disconnecting is achieved with a single, precise movement.

The locking mechanism operates regardless of the direction of pull or material tension. This ensures consistently fast access – whether stationary, in a vehicle, or under load.

Linear Engagement

Traditional front closures require pressure or alignment. The Tubes connection works along one axis: push it in until it stops.

The movement is short, unambiguous, and reproducible even without visual contact.

Release Under Control

A simple press on the mechanism is all it takes to release the clasp – regardless of tension in the cummerbund. Pulling forces do not block the clasp or make it difficult to open.

Frequent application and removal puts strain on hook-and-loop fasteners and leads to inconsistent fit. The Tubes hardware is wear-resistant and closes identically every time.

System Integration

The kit was developed for the Ferro Concepts 3AC and can be integrated without any changes to the rest of the setup. Position, settings, and equipment remain unchanged.
