Shipping costs and information:

Standard shipping is only available to the countries listed below. Shipping is handled by Austrian Post or UPS. Shipping costs are listed in the table below.

Should you wish to have your order shipped to a different country, please email us at info@blacktrident.com before placing your order. Please include the items, quantities, and your delivery address, including the country and postal code. We will then promptly inform you whether we can ship to your desired country and, if delivery to your address is possible, provide you with the shipping costs. We need to check shipping options and costs with our shipping partner beforehand.

Shipping service provider

We ship all our packages with Austrian Post or UPS. Please note that tracking numbers may be converted to your local postal system , and only there will you find the most up-to-date information. For example: Austrian Post tracking number => in Germany: DHL.

Please note that the shipping times listed below are based on our experience and are not legally binding. Business days are Monday to Friday. Shipping may be delayed on public holidays.
