No, the luminescent liquid in the stick is not toxic.

Which light stick is the brightest?

Is it possible to reactivate glow sticks?
No, glow sticks cannot be reactivated once they've been bent. However, there is a workaround to interrupt the glowing period. Simply place the bent glow stick in the freezer. After thawing, it will continue to glow. This does not, however, extend the glowing duration itself.
