Your Individual Trauma Management

The Black Trident® Trauma Burrito is one of the most innovative Individual First Aid Kits (IFAKs) on the market. The inner compartment (AVAILABLE HERE) is designed to hold all necessary medical supplies and is constructed to prevent the contents from being bent—it rolls, not folds, during storage. The outer shell serves as protection for the inner compartment and as a mounting platform.

At Black The Trident® Trauma Burrito is a two-pocket system. The inner pouch is used to store medical equipment and can be used with different outer pouches for specific missions.
Because our Trauma Burrito is as customizable as its user, we've created several outer shells for mounting on different gear. These different mounting options allow you to attach your Burrito to your gear in a miss-specific way.

Additional first aid equipment can also be attached to the outer shells:

• Separate holder for larger scissors and
• Mounting points for shock cord to attach items such as a tourniquet

The Black Trident® Trauma Burrito consists of two separately available components :
1. One of the 4 different ones that are attached to the equipment and
2. an inner part (AVAILABLE HERE) which holds your medical devices - in CABCDE or MARCH version.
