GBRS Group Lerna Mount Kit Aimpoint / EOTECH

The GBRS Group Lerna Mount is ideal for you if you are looking for a mounting solution that offers an even higher height-over-bore than Unity Tactical's FAST Mounts. Why might you need this? Especially when working with body-worn equipment such as gas masks, night vision devices & Co., these can get in the way if they are mounted too close to your rifle's Picatinny rail.

Like Hydra but different

Just like the GBRS Group Hydra Mount, the LERNA Mount offers the same optic height of 2.91". In contrast to the Hydra Mount (available here), the LERNA Mount does not offer a separate rail for the raised positioning of laser aiming devices.

• The GBRS Lerna Mount Kit for optics mounting promotes a neutral head position when aiming.

• A straight spine significantly improves the positioning of body armor (plates in a plate carrier) with regard to resistance to hits.

• Furthermore, an upright posture, as in everyday life, provides more situational awareness and promotes responsiveness.
