4) Cookies
To make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use cookies, i.e. small text files that are stored on your device. Some of these cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser (so-called "session cookies"); others remain on your device for longer and allow page settings to be saved (so-called "persistent cookies"). In the latter case, you can find the storage period in the cookie settings overview of your web browser.
Insofar as personal data is also processed by individual cookies used by us, processing is carried out either pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of the contract, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent has been given, or pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website and a customer-friendly and effective design of the website visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can decide individually whether to accept them, or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general.
Please note that if cookies are not accepted, the functionality of our website may be limited.
5) Contacting Us
When you contact us (e.g. via contact form or email), personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of handling and responding to your enquiry and only to the extent necessary for this.
The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, an additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively resolved and provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
6) Comment Function
As part of the comment function on this website, in addition to your comment, information on the time the comment was created and the commenter name you have chosen are stored and published on this website. Your IP address is also logged and stored. Your IP address is stored for security reasons and in case the person concerned infringes the rights of third parties or posts unlawful content through a comment. We need your email address in order to contact you if a third party objects to your published content as unlawful.
The legal bases for storing your data are Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We reserve the right to delete comments if they are objected to by third parties as unlawful.

You can see which data is required to open an account from the input mask of the corresponding form on our website.
You can delete your customer account at any time by sending a message to the controller's address given above. After your customer account has been deleted, your data will be deleted, provided that all contracts concluded via it have been fully processed, no statutory retention periods prevent deletion and we have no continuing legitimate interest in further storage.
8) Use of Customer Data for Direct Marketing

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to the use of your personal data pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. In doing so, we store your IP address as registered by your internet service provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration, so that we can trace any possible misuse of your email address at a later date. Subject to your express consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, the provider also carries out a statistical performance analysis of newsletter campaigns using web beacons or tracking pixels in the emails sent, which can measure open rates and specific interactions with the newsletter content. Device information (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system) is also collected and analysed, but not combined with other data sets. You can revoke your consent to newsletter tracking at any time with effect for the future.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that protects our website visitors' data and prohibits disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to Canada, an adequate level of data protection is ensured by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

For sending these emails, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure, which ensures that you only receive a notification once you have expressly confirmed your consent by clicking a verification link sent to the email address provided.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to the use of your personal data pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for sending a shopping cart reminder. In doing so, we store your IP address as registered by your internet service provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration, so that we can trace any possible misuse of your email address at a later date. The data collected by us when you sign up for our email notification service is used strictly for its intended purpose.

9.4 Use of payment service providers
- Apple Pay
If you choose the payment method "Apple Pay" from Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, payment is processed via the "Apple Pay" function of your device running iOS, watchOS or macOS by debiting a payment card stored in "Apple Pay". Apple Pay uses security features built into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. To authorise a payment, you must therefore enter a code you have previously set and verify yourself using the "Face ID" or "Touch ID" function of your device.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the ordering process, together with information about your order, is passed on to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then encrypts this data again with a developer-specific key before transmitting it to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay in order to execute the payment. The encryption ensures that only the website through which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm that the payment was successful.
Insofar as personal data is processed in the transmissions described, processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Apple retains anonymised transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, the approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was successfully completed. The anonymisation completely rules out any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymised data to improve "Apple Pay" and other Apple products and services.
If you use Apple Pay on your iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase made via Safari on your Mac, the Mac and the authorisation device communicate via an encrypted channel on Apple's servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you. You can disable the option to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone's settings. Go to "Wallet & Apple Pay" and disable "Allow Payments on Mac".
Further information on data protection with Apple Pay can be found at the following web address: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203027
- Google Pay
If you choose the payment method "Google Pay" from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), payment is processed via the "Google Pay" application on your mobile device running at least Android 4.4 ("KitKat") and equipped with an NFC function, by debiting a payment card stored in Google Pay or a payment system verified there (e.g. PayPal). To authorise a payment via Google Pay of more than EUR 25, your mobile device must first be unlocked using the verification method set up on it (e.g. facial recognition, password, fingerprint or pattern).
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the ordering process, together with information about your order, is passed on to Google. Google then transmits your payment information stored in Google Pay to the originating website in the form of a one-time transaction number, which is used to verify that a payment has been made. This transaction number does not contain any information about the actual payment details of your payment methods stored in Google Pay, but is created and transmitted as a one-time numeric token. For all transactions via Google Pay, Google acts merely as an intermediary for processing the payment. The transaction is carried out exclusively between you and the originating website by debiting the payment method stored in Google Pay.
Insofar as personal data is processed in the transmissions described, processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Google reserves the right to collect, store and evaluate certain transaction-specific information for every transaction made via Google Pay. This includes the date, time and amount of the transaction, the merchant's location and description, a description of the goods or services purchased provided by the merchant, photos you have attached to the transaction, the name and email address of the seller and buyer or sender and recipient, the payment method used, your description of the reason for the transaction and, where applicable, the offer associated with the transaction.
According to Google, this processing is carried out exclusively pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interest in proper accounting, the verification of transaction data and the optimisation and maintenance of the functionality of the Google Pay service.
Google also reserves the right to combine the processed transaction data with other information collected and stored by Google when other Google services are used.
The Google Pay terms of use can be found here:
Further information on data protection with Google Pay can be found at the following web address:
https://payments.google.com/payments/apis-secure/get_legal_document?ldo=0&ldt=privacynotice&ldl=en
- PayPal

If you choose a payment method of the provider where you pay in advance, your payment data provided during the ordering process (including name, address, bank and payment card information, currency and transaction number) as well as information about the content of your order will be passed on to the provider pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In this case, your data is passed on exclusively for the purpose of processing the payment with the provider and only to the extent necessary for this.
If you choose a payment method where we provide credit in advance, you will also be asked during the ordering process to provide certain personal data (first and last name, street, house number, postcode, city, date of birth, email address, telephone number and, where applicable, details of an alternative payment method).
In order to safeguard our legitimate interest in determining your solvency in such cases, we forward this data to the provider for the purpose of a credit check pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. On the basis of the personal data you have provided and other data (such as shopping cart, invoice amount, order history, payment history), the provider checks whether the payment option you have selected can be granted with regard to payment and/or default risks.
The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical procedure. Address data, among other things, but not exclusively, is included in the calculation of the score values.
You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to us or to the provider. However, the provider may remain entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for contractual payment processing.
- Shopify Payments
One or more online payment methods of the following provider are available on this website: Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland

In this case, your data is passed on exclusively for the purpose of processing the payment with the provider and only to the extent necessary for this.

In this case, your data is passed on exclusively for the purpose of processing the payment with the provider and only to the extent necessary for this.
9.5 Collection and processing of health data
Processing personal health data may be necessary in order to process your order for medicinal products.
Health data is a special category of personal data that allows direct or indirect conclusions to be drawn about a person's physical and/or mental state of health.
The health data you provide as part of your order (e.g. information about the type and quantity of medicinal products ordered) will only be processed by us for the purpose of performing the contract if you have given us your express consent to this via opt-in within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The health data you provide is collected and processed strictly for its intended purpose and in accordance with the applicable statutory data protection requirements. Health data is generally not passed on to third parties. Only in the case of orders for prescription-only medicinal products do we forward the health data provided – subject to your consent – to your health insurance fund for billing purposes.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future vis-à-vis the controller responsible for data processing.
9.6 Electronic withdrawal function for distance contracts
Consumers who conclude contracts on this website for which there is a statutory right of withdrawal have the option of declaring their withdrawal via an electronic withdrawal function in accordance with the applicable withdrawal provisions.
When using the withdrawal function, in addition to information identifying the contract to be withdrawn from, further personal information such as the consumer's first and last name and email address must be provided or confirmed.
This information is collected and transmitted to us pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and only to the extent necessary for the proper processing of the withdrawal. Also on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, the personal data provided is used to confirm receipt of the withdrawal declaration by email. A further legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. We are legally obliged to provide an electronic withdrawal function for distance contracts with consumers that are subject to payment.
10) Web Analytics Services
10.1 Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which enables an analysis of your use of our website.
By default, Google Analytics 4 does not use cookies when you visit our website unless you expressly consent to cookies. Instead, information about your usage behaviour is collected and processed via so-called pings (small data packets sent to the host of a device). This information also includes your IP address, which, however, is shortened by Google by the last digits in order to rule out any direct personal reference.
The information is transmitted to Google servers and further processed there. Transfers to Google LLC, based in the USA, are also possible.
On our behalf, Google uses the information collected to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity for us and provide further services related to website and internet usage. The shortened IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data. The data collected through the use of Google Analytics 4 is stored for a period of two months and then deleted.
All of the processing described above, including data transmission via "pings" and the possible setting of Google Analytics cookies, only takes place if you have given us your express consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used during your visit to the website. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of revocation, please deactivate this service via the "cookie consent tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google that ensures the protection of our website visitors' data and prohibits unauthorised disclosure to third parties.
Further legal information on Google Analytics 4 can be found at https://business.safety.google/privacy/, https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en and at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Demographic characteristics
Google Analytics 4 uses the special "demographic characteristics" function and can thereby create statistics that provide information about the age, gender and interests of website visitors. This is done by analysing advertising and information from third-party providers. This allows target groups for marketing activities to be identified. However, the data collected cannot be attributed to any specific person and is deleted after being stored for a period of two months.
Google Signals
As an extension to Google Analytics 4, Google Signals may be used on our website to generate cross-device reports. If you have activated personalised ads and linked your devices to your Google account, Google can, subject to your consent to the use of Google Analytics pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, analyse your usage behaviour across devices and create database models, including on cross-device conversions. We do not receive any personal data from Google, only statistics. If you wish to stop cross-device analysis, you can deactivate the "Personalised advertising" function in your Google account settings. To do so, follow the instructions on this page: https://support.google.com/My-Ad-Center-Help/answer/12155764?hl=en Further information on Google Signals can be found at the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7532985?hl=en
User IDs
As an extension to Google Analytics 4, the "User IDs" function may be used on our website. If you have consented to the use of Google Analytics 4 pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, have set up an account on our website and log in with this account on different devices, your activities, including conversions, can be analysed across devices.
Collection of user-provided data
In order to improve the analysis results for users whose contact details we have received in the context of business or business-like relationships, we use the "collection of user-provided data" function.
Subject to your express consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, as part of this function we electronically transmit one or more files containing customer data aggregated to your person (in particular email address and telephone number) to Google. Google does not receive access to plain-text data, but automatically encrypts the information in the customer files during the transmission process using a special algorithm. The encrypted information can then only be used by Google to match it to existing Google accounts set up by the data subjects.
The processing serves to refine measurement data, improves cross-device user traceability and enables the integration of analysis results into the ad personalisation and conversion tracking functions of Google Ads.
You can revoke your consent vis-à-vis us at any time with effect for the future. Further information on Google's data protection measures with regard to the transmission of customer data can be found here: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6334160?hl=en
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
10.2 Cloudflare Web Analytics
Our website uses the web analytics service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
To protect our website visitors, the provider uses a pseudonymised visitor identifier to enable various analyses of website usage within a short time window of no more than 24 hours. This visitor identifier is a randomly generated, time-limited hash value created on the basis of a reduced set of technical attributes. These include in particular the user agent (information about the browser and operating system) and the anonymised IP address, which is processed exclusively for the duration of the analysis and then discarded.
If, in individual cases, personal data is nevertheless processed, processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of user behaviour for optimisation purposes pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. In this case, you can permanently object to the future collection and storage of your visitor data by notifying us.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of our website visitors' data and prohibits unauthorised disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
10.3 Shopify Network Intelligence
This website uses the "Shopify Network Intelligence" function of the following provider: Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland ("Shopify").
By means of this function, certain customer data (order and search histories, location information and transaction details), insofar as collected, is automatically transmitted to Shopify in pseudonymised form, prepared by Shopify and then processed for statistical and analysis purposes.
Pseudonymised data from customers of other Shopify merchants may also be included in the analysis results, without any merchant gaining individual access to such third-party data outside its own customer base.
Shopify does not receive access to plain-text data as part of the processing, but automatically encrypts the information during the transmission process using a special algorithm.
Processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of the reach of our shop and the acceptance of our offer for optimisation purposes.
As part of the above processing, data may also be transferred to: Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of our website visitors' data and prohibits unauthorised disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to Canada, an adequate level of data protection is ensured by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
Further details on the processing described above can be found in Shopify's privacy policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers and in the Shopify privacy portal at https://privacy.shopify.com/en.
11) Retargeting/Remarketing and Conversion Tracking
11.1 Meta Pixel
Within our online offering, we use the "Meta Pixel" service of the following provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland ("Meta").
If you click on an advertisement placed by us on Facebook and/or Instagram, "Meta Pixel" adds a parameter to the URL of our linked page. After the redirect, this URL parameter is entered into the user's browser via a cookie set by our linked page itself.
On the one hand, this enables Meta to determine the visitors to our online offering as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called "ads"). Accordingly, we use the service to display the Facebook and/or Instagram ads placed by us only to those users who have shown an interest in our online offering or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited) that we transmit to Meta (so-called "custom audiences").
On the other hand, "Meta Pixel" can be used to track whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on an advertisement and which actions they perform there (so-called "conversion tracking").
In addition to "Meta Pixel", which transmits data to Meta via your browser, the "Meta Conversions API" may be used. If it is used, information about certain actions on our website (so-called "events", e.g. page views, adding products to the shopping cart, initiating checkout or completing an order) is transmitted via an interface directly from our server to Meta's servers rather than via your browser. This serves to make the measurement of the success of our advertisements more reliable, for example if browser-side transmission does not take place or is incomplete due to technical restrictions. In the context of the "Meta Conversions API", the following data in particular may be transmitted to Meta: type and time of the event, URL accessed, information on the products ordered and their value, your IP address, information about your browser and device (user agent) and the identifiers stored in Meta cookies. In order to avoid duplicate recording of the same information by "Meta Pixel" and "Meta Conversions API" in these cases, each event is assigned an identifier that Meta uses to merge the transmissions.
The data collected is anonymous to us and therefore does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Meta, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes.
All of the processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "cookie consent tool" provided on the website.
We are jointly responsible with Meta for the collection of data via the "Meta Pixel" and its transmission to Meta (Art. 26 GDPR). For this purpose, we have concluded an agreement on joint controllership with Meta, the essential content of which you can view at https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum.
For the evaluation of the data, its allocation to predefined events and the creation of measurement and analysis reports, however, Meta acts as our processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and is obliged to protect the data of our website visitors and customers in accordance with the data processing terms at https://facebook.com/legal/terms/dataprocessing.
The information generated by Meta is usually transmitted to a Meta server and stored there; in this context, it may also be transferred to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
11.2 Google Ads conversion tracking without cookies
This website uses the online advertising programme "Google Ads" and, within the scope of Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").
We use Google Ads to draw attention to our offers on external websites with the help of advertising media (so-called Google AdWords). In relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. Our aim is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.
This website uses Google Ads conversion tracking exclusively without the use of cookies, which means that the service never sets cookies on your device.
Instead, your browser's local storage is used to store an individual ID assigned by Google, which enables an analysis of your use of the website. For this purpose, certain user information, including your IP address, is processed via the ID.
The ID is set when you click on a Google Ads advertisement. If you visit certain pages of this website, Google and we can recognise that you clicked on the advertisement and were redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different ID. The IDs can therefore not be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information obtained in this way is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their advertisement and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag.
However, we do not receive any information that could be used to personally identify users. When using Google Ads, personal data may also be transferred to the servers of Google LLC in the USA. Details on the processing triggered by Google Ads conversion tracking and Google's handling of data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Insofar as the information collected relates to individuals, processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of the success of our advertising campaigns. Google's privacy policy can be viewed here: https://business.safety.google/privacy/ and https://policies.google.com/privacy
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
11.3 Google Ads conversion tracking
This website uses the online advertising programme "Google Ads" and, within the scope of Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). We use Google Ads to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising media (so-called Google AdWords). In relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. Our aim is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on a Google Ads advertisement. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that you clicked on the advertisement and were redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie, which also includes your IP address, is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their advertisement and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that could be used to personally identify users. When using Google Ads, personal data may also be transferred to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.
Details on the processing triggered by Google Ads conversion tracking and Google's handling of data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
All of the processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can also permanently object to the setting of cookies by Google Ads conversion tracking by downloading and installing the Google browser plug-in available at the following link: https://support.google.com/My-Ad-Center-Help/answer/12155656?hl=en

11.4 Google Marketing Platform
This website uses the online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("GMP").
GMP uses cookies to serve ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports or to prevent you from seeing the same ads several times. Using a cookie ID, Google records which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed more than once. In addition, GMP can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that relate to ad requests. This is the case, for example, if you see a GMP ad and later visit the advertiser's website using the same browser and purchase something there. According to Google, GMP cookies do not contain any personal information. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Google's server.
We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: By integrating GMP, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider will obtain and store your IP address. When using GMP, personal data may also be transferred to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

Where necessary, we have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of our website visitors' data and prohibits unauthorised disclosure to third parties.

HOWEVER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CONTINUE PROCESSING IF WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR IF THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENCE OF LEGAL CLAIMS.

Unless otherwise stated in the other information in this policy regarding specific processing situations, stored personal data will otherwise be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
