Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Special return conditions for Kydex products

Please note that Kydex products (such as pistol and revolver holsters, magazine pouches, snus holsters, etc.) are manufactured according to your selection on a made-to-order basis and are not stock items. A return in the sense of a withdrawal is therefore excluded. Please also note that Kydex products (pistol holsters, magazine holsters, etc.) and nylon products (range belts, two-point slings, etc.) with patterns are licensed products. We are therefore unable to individually adjust the size of pattern elements, the intensity of individual colours, etc. 

If you feel that your holster does not fit properly (e.g. too tight or too loose) and you have already fully tightened/loosened all screws but the problem persists, please contact us. Please do not modify the holster yourself (e.g. by heating, drilling, sanding or similar alterations). We will be happy to take care of your request and solve your problem free of charge. Please get in touch with us at info@blacktrident.com. Please note that Black Trident Kydex products that have been physically altered by customers are excluded from repair or replacement. 

General conditions

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Black Syndicate GmbH, Industriestraße 1/I/A/27, 2100 Korneuburg, Austria, phone: +43 2262 71622, email: info@blacktrident.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated (this includes all products made of Kydex) and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not nationals of a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General notes

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward (unpaid).
3) Please note that points 1-2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
