GBRS Group Lerna Mount Kit Aimpoint / EOTECH

The GBRS Group Lerna Mount is ideal for you if you are looking for a mounting solution that offers an even higher height-over-bore than FAST Mounts from Unity Tactical. Why might you need this? Especially when you work with body-mounted equipment such as gas masks, night vision devices, etc., these can get in the way if they are mounted too close to the Picatinny rail of your rifle.

Like Hydra but different

Just like the GBRS Group Hydra Mount, the LERNA Mount offers the same optics height of 2.91". Unlike the Hydrdra Mount ( available here ), the LERNA Mount does not offer a separate rail for elevated positioning of laser aiming devices.

• The GBRS Lerna Mount Kit for mounting optics promotes a neutral head position when aiming.

• A straight spine significantly improves the positioning of body armor (plates in the plate carrier) with regard to resistance to hits.
