If your dress code is somewhere between low profile and high risk

The Spiritus Systems Mission Rugby Shirt – Short Sleeve combines the freedom of movement of a lightweight functional shirt with the features of a tactical operational top.

The breathable, flame-retardant construction is designed to be worn under plate carriers, chest rigs, and backpacks. Fewer pressure points, less heat buildup, and no unnecessary details.

Built for Movement

The seamless shoulder construction reduces friction under equipment. Underarm gussets create additional freedom of movement for weapon handling, overhead movements, and quick position changes.

No irritating shoulder seams
Underarm gussets for more mobility
Extended rugby collar to prevent chafing

Built for Heat

The material is inherently flame-retardant and features no-melt/no-drip properties. The protective effect is an integral part of the fiber and not just applied afterwards.

Moisture is wicked away from the body, while silver ions counteract the formation of odor-causing bacteria.
