Hydra Mount Kit by GBRS Group for AIMPOINT® or EOTECH®

The GBRS Hydra Mount Kit for AIMPOINT® or EOTECH® enables precise aiming and rapid adjustment thanks to its innovative mounting solution. This mount is particularly useful on short weapon systems to optimally utilize rail space on the handguard. The HYDRA Mount Kit allows for faster target acquisition in challenging conditions such as wearing EarPro/Comms headsets, gas masks/CBRN, and night vision devices.

The GBRS Hydra Mount Kit optics mount is designed for short systems with optics and infrared lasers for night vision shooting.

Where the Hydra Mount makes sense

• Short weapon systems with limited rail space for laser aiming devices (missions with night vision devices)
• You have a laser aiming device for use with night vision devices

Where the Hydra Mount does NOT make sense

• Weapon systems with sufficient space for attaching cable switches, laser aiming devices, etc. = your 10.5" AR15 does not need it
• You have a laser aiming device for shooting with night vision devices

Perfect for short systems

Not only does the higher position of the optic promote a more athletic posture and support the "head up" concept, but the mount kit also ensures that lasers, light modules, sights, cables, and the like do not get in each other's way. By mounting it higher, there is space for all the parts you want to mount on your weapon system with short rail space.
